Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Misthios Studio reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. 

 

Eligibility for Returns: At Misthios Studio, we prioritize customer satisfaction while also embracing sustainable production practices. Due to the nature of our on-demand products, we have a specific return policy in place. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Nature of Product: As our products are made to order, we accept returns only if the items are defective or damaged upon arrival. This policy helps us adhere to our environmental commitments by reducing waste.
  • Exclusion of Custom-Made Items: Please be aware that custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return. These products are created uniquely for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. This information is crucial for us to assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Process for Returns: Upon verification of the damage, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Misthios Studio will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged goods.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for further assistance.
